When it comes to our staff, our vision is simple:

At Pinocchio's we believe that happy staff= happy children= happy parents.

We are very proud of our excellent employees and believe we have a very high calibre of staff. The majority of our employees are qualified professionals in Early Years Care and Education. Our employees who are not yet qualified are working towards this. We believe learning and development is vital and we have been accredited with Investors in People now for the last nine years and two of our employees have won the Midlothian Apprentice of the year Award.

Along with qualifications and development, we feel it is important to have a friendly, home from home atmosphere in the nursery which creates a happy fun environment for the children to grow and develop. This is created by our staff and our culture within the nursery and I am sure if you visit us, you will agree that we have achieved this.

In Pinocchio's we strive to offer the best possible customer service, and we have a monthly STAR award which is awarded to an employee who has demonstrated the STAR values the most. Parents and colleagues are encouraged to nominate staff for this award. (Please put the STAR picture in here).

Both of my children have attended Pinocchio's over the past 6 years. The staff are what makes Pinocchio's a great place for the children and they are without a doubt the nursery's greatest asset. THANK YOU for caring for my children.

Even after 2 years, I am still amazed by the care, attention and support provided by the staff.
