Thankfully, there were a few special, wonderful people who helped save her life, including staff at Heriot-Watt Pinocchio's. Apparently a new telephone pole needs to be erected in order to fix this. This involves BT contacting the council to request this. The council have received the request and it is anticipated they will give the go ahead by the end of the week then the telephone company will begin the work.
