Michelle joined Pinocchio’s in November 2019, she holds her SVQ level 3 and is keen to start her level 4 to further her knowledge. She love’s working in childcare because it is extremely rewarding job.

She likes to watch children grow and become the best version of themselves.

When Michelle isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her Dad and her Nieces.
