Work history:

I have worked for Pinocchio's since September 2016, progressing from Nursery manager to Operational Director.

I left school at 17 years old and secured an apprenticeship with PA Training, stayed with this company for nearly 22 years.  I progressed from an apprentice to the nursery manager.  I managed that setting for 10 years gaining invaluable experience, skills and knowledge on child development and management of staff in a busy early years setting.  

My passion is to provide the highest possible levels of care ensuring better outcomes for children.  I believe that continuous professional development is paramount for all staff, to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled to provide high levels of care.
