Gemma Gulland

Nursery Manager

Gemma is our Nursery Manager and has worked for Pinocchio’s since 2017. Gemma has over 15 years’ experience within the Childcare sector and thoroughly enjoys working within the sector. Gemma holds her SVQ 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) and also holds a Batchelors Degree (BA) in Children and Young People.

Gemma is dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that allows young children to learn and thrive. In her position, she oversees daily operations, manages the staff team, and collaborates closely with parents to foster a positive childcare atmosphere.

Additionally, Gemma is responsible for overseeing budgets and finances, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
