Dawn has worked for the Pinocchio’s family for 13 years. She is a qualified chef; who is fully dedicated and passionate about her role. Dawn’s food hygiene standards are exceptionally high; this is acknowledged by the Environmental Health who praise her knowledge , skills and standards and who are responsible for assessing and providing her with annual Food Hygiene Pass certificates.

Dawn maintains high standards of hygiene and service to the children. She prepares healthy and nutritious meals using ideas from the parents, staff and children for the monthly menu. Dawn also works alongside the staff in preparing a cultural meal of the month from the country the children have chosen to explore. Dawn caters for children who have allergies, our families are really thankful for her dedication to ensuring their children have their dietary requirements acknowledge and supported.

She regularly updates her Food Hygiene qualification and consults Setting the Table document, when planning all meals. The children love Dawn’s meals so much we have a recipe board full of her delicious meals so the parents can make them for their children at home.
