Nursery Manager

Debra joined the Pinocchio’s family in 2016 as a practitioner at our Eskbank branch, before progressing to room senior and then transferring to our Gilmerton branch as deputy manager.

Debra then transferred to Penicuik branch as manager. She brings with her many years of experience in childcare and knowledge of the company as well as leadership and management skills. Debra holds her HNC, SVQ4 and began her second year of BA childhood practice in 2025.

Outside of work Debra likes to spend time with her husband and son as well as enjoying going to rock music gigs with her friends.
