I joined the Pinocchio’s team in 2018 where I was responsible for transporting food between Eskbank and Lasswade. To further my love for cooking I began the position of cook at Lasswade in 2019. I take pride in cooking delicious, healthy meals for the children on a daily basis. I work in conjunction with the ‘Setting the Table’ guidance and NHS guidelines to ensure that children are provided with a balanced diet which will help them to grow and develop.

I have completed a food hygiene training course which has broadened my knowledge of the correct food preparation procedure and relevant policies.
