Welcome to Eskbank

Our largest nursery, opened in 2000, is set in a large garden area with two large trees dominate the fantastic outdoor areas and help to create a natural feel to the nursery and woodland at the back. In 2001 we expanded the nursery, with four purpose built rooms.  In 2022 we expanded the nursery with a new playroom.  This playroom is called the Adventure room and is for 51 children aged 3-5 year old. The nursery has been fully transformed into the beautiful nursery it is today.

The nursery is in a a quiet residential location, great for those who live locally Eskbank and Dalkeith area. We are situated opposite Dalkeith Police station, and within walking distance to Edinburgh college- Eskbank campus and Eskbank train station with the Borders rail link. We are on the following Lothian bus routes-3,39,40 and 49 or First bus number 95.

We are less than ½ mile from Kings park primary school. The nursery has always aiming to achieve the highest possible grades from Care inspectorate and we received very good in our last inspection in 2020, which we credit to our amazing team.

We offer outstanding childcare for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, with 124 registered childcare places. We are open 7.00am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
